When I try running the game, the sound and everything is fine, but the animation and movement is super choppy, like a slideshow! Anyone have any suggestions? I'm running it on Win10x64

Same here :(

Tested pretty much everything :
- all render modes : software, d3d , glide using dgVoodoo and nglide...
- unlocked then locked framerate to 20,30, etc. fps
- in game settings
- Windows compatibility settings
- etc.

It looks like the physic engine runs at ~5 Hz, clouds and some other animations are fine and/or are a mix of smooth animations and hiccups every ~1000/5 milliseconds.
