Same here, but it actually shows up in task manager. One instance uses about 60% CPU. If I launch it again CPU usage reaches 100%.

Selecting Disable fullscreen optimizations under the compatibility tab allows it to load into the main menu but it crashes as it tries to load a mission for me.

Same here sadly, crashes when you try to start a game, can get to main menu under compatibility mode + disable fullscreen optimizations,

Same. Spins its wheels in the process list (I82stubz.exe), but nothing shows.

Game launches under Win98 compatibility mode, but can't start missions.

Same here, Windows 10 Pro 17134.590. I82stubz.exe sits there using ~34% CPU but does nothing.
