I just finished off the Comitee Convy, freed the prisoner at D-718(Casino) and got the capsule.
How do i leave the area now?
The roads a blocked by debris and/or cars, the doors are closed and don't open.

You kill all enemies, talk to the NPCs, then the kid will open the door for you. Just follow them to the exit.
But if you kill all enemies, then save/reload without having talked to the NPCs first, the kid might be missing and you're stuck. That what happened?

I killed all enemies, talked to the npc, he gave me the capsule..there was no kid, he talked about one but thats it.
I reloaded 2 times before i killed all enemies because my companions don't shoot anymore, instead they charge into melee...so i had a hard time keeping them alive/reviving them in time.

Yeah, the kid's supposed to be there.


I noticed that Lashta and Gosp don't shoot anymore...

Yeah, that happened to me, too. I did a reload and it worked. The kid must be there.

I tried reloading and restarting+reloading...it don't work, i tried reloading and restarting+reloading before the fight and it don't work.

I could try to load my base-save(at Vultures Nest) and replay the complete mission without saving/reloading but for this i would be forced to fire the companions too because with their kamikazerush chances are that one of them dies...

Overall im tired of all the Bugs, i will wait for some patches and maybe try it again.

Just testes it one last time...two years gone and still not patched...

For a bugs that breaks your game completly...

It could be a great game but with all those Bugs i can only advise to avoid it.
