In six words:
Who the **** wrote this game?
This low-fi deckbuilder gets the fans on my laptop roaring like it's about to take flight. I tried fixing the frame rate using Gamescope with no luck at all. Is it that hard to write a game that doesn't overheat a CPU? If anyone knows a way to fix this issue, I'd love to know. This isn't Starfield, yet it treats the computer like a personal playground.
P.S. For reference, I run Borderlands 3 on this same computer, and with a bit of frame rate limiting, it doesn't get the fans going like Inscryption does. Devs need to address this, because it's stupid for a card game to heat up a machine this much.
