I was told by the beggar, Flitz, that I should speak to Ruphert the Shepherd about Paul Hammerhand... but I have no idea where Ruphert is.

I'm almost certain I've talked to every named person in town and every named person in the execution grounds... but I can't find this guy anywhere.

I also came across a sheep, which might be related.

Ruphert is in Dragon Rock, in the north west section. There is a little farm with sheep. I had to bash his door open since it was locked.

Thanks. I stumbled upon him before I checked back in when I realized I could smash those locked doors down xD...

The tip to talk to him to find Paul was utterly worthless >_>
