Thank you, really, for your answers.
1. There is a secret passage if you take the way north and then north-east until you can klick on the wall.

2. The heart of the vampire bishop is in the same room as the vampire bishop under a plate on the ground on the right. You have to be quick to open it and to destroy it.

3. You will find the sword of the paladin commander if you approach deeper into the iron mine. You cannot miss it if you follow the main questline.
