So I cleared his quest of killing the spider in the Iron Mines, and his new one is about finding and killing felonious half-ogre, so question is, where is the half-ogre? Been searching for it in several ares now, from Hillbradt to the Death Tree to several reruns of Iron Mines/Orc Caves and zilch. Anybody know where?

I find it best to not focus too much on quests like that (definitely keep them in mind and pay attention for them, but don't seek them out necessarily single-mindedly or with much focus even) because you should just go about your other questing and investigating and you will find what you are looking for eventually.
