Alright, so I installed the game earlier this evening and played for a bit. Got into the first town and decided to take a break to enjoy an NHL game and TWD.

Just booted up the game again and while I could select my saves games, clicking the load button at the bottom of the screen met with no response. Thinking it could have been an odd bug, I restarted the game and tried again and met with the same result.

Any ideas?

Did you install the game in the default folder (Program Files)? Pretty often that results in problems with save games. Try to install the game in another folder and check if the problem is still there. Also check if you're running the game with administrator rights.
