So i wanted to ask should i kill those random guys (probably sent by someone to die of my hands) or should i run away? Im asking because every now and then some random guy will come to me tell me that they will kill me or die by my sword and then they start the fight. There are only 2 options either beat them or run. Should i kill them or if i wont will it break the game or quest or something? ^^

I'm not sure what guys you talk about but I'd say that whatever you do it won't affect the story or any quest.

Im speaking about those guys who at some points in the game come close to you and start the dialogue where they imply that they will kill you. Then you have to fight them or you can run away and let guards kill them or just leave the map and return because it seems then they will just vanish.
One of them told me that he will force me to kill him and his pals will then tell everyone that i did kill him. It soudned like its some part of a quest where ill be made to a murderer and maybe inquisition or a sherif will try to put me behind bars...

It has been some time since I played Inquisitor for the last time which may be why I do not recall such an event. But if you could let me know a few exact sentences of what they say I might be able to find their scripts and learn more about them.

Well i've met all of them in the cities and they always attack me after a brief discussion... There is one in a house and the rest attack me on the streets. I dont remember exact sentences but they all speak about attacking and killing me. After i escaped one of them i didnt meet them anymore. ;/
