Hi,

I got the Orc's Bane weapon from King Harlior, but despite appearing to fulfill the skill requirements I still can't equip it. I am playing as a Paladin, so I really don't know what the problem is.

I am assuming the "Master" requirement refers to the Melee skill, but I dunno, maybe I'm wrong. If any of you have equipped it, can you please tell me how your character was specced?

Try to unequip the item(s) that are adding bonuses to your Strength attribute. These bonuses do not count towards masteries and it seems this can be the only thing standing in your way to become the Master in Melee Combat.
