I have spoken to Chrisopher in the Citadel dungeon on the main quest and done a few of the minor quests such as the Traitor, Amnesia, Cursed Mansion, Translating the Scroll, etc.

I am stuck on the Grave Robber quest,.
I have arrested Vick and Steinger and the are in the cells but when I ask to interrogate them there is only the option to interrogate Vick. He won't confess to anything and I can't interrogate Steinger as his name does not appear in the dialogue as an option.

Can anyone help me please? Is it a bug or have I missed something?

What character do you play as? If you are a priest, then maybe you are missing a testimony of Ihman ab Sahab from Southeast Alvaron. Along with Steinger's testimony you should be able to get Vick Length to the stake then. And Vick's execution is what Augustin needs to reward you for this quest.

And if I'm not mistaken, you cannot interrogate Steinger.

I am a level 45 Paladin. I have the testimonies from both Steinger and ab Sahab, with both Steinger and Length arrested and in jail. I have now arresetd Gilbert for the forged gold crimes and his name doesn't appear on the list for interrogation either. I am wondering if I have encountered a bug which will not let me interrogate any more prisonners except for Vick. I have now tortured him in the following ways:

Strappado - 13 times
Pillory - 7 times
Rack - 5 times
Iron Maiden - 5 times

And he still won't confess. He sure is made of stern stuff that one. I have visited Gilbert and Steinger in the cells below the torture chamber but cannot interact with them in any way. I will get on with the main quest for now and see what happens. Those 3 can just rot in jail for now.

Problem solved. It seems I can just go to Gregorius and start proceedings against all three and then burn them. So as you said they cannot be interrogated anyway.
