I cannot find the Necklace of Death for the summoning ritual. I have looked everywhere in both tombs in the graveyard. There are other posts on here that say it is in the third and final floor of the tomb on the bottom of the Alvaron Graveyard map. It wasn't there for me. Is it behind a secret wall down there? Please let me know where it is specifically.
Had the same problem and just found it. It's a pain in the ass to acquire. typical Inquisitor randomness.

You have to go to the bottom level of the secular tomb (3 level). There is a switch disguised as a tile in a wall. You can find the lever in the middle room at the eastern wall a little bit below the mid. Just scroll carefully over the wall with your cursor. You're then lead to another crutch, north from there is a tomb, where you will find the necklace.

My work here is done *Up, up and away*
