Vendors restock every time you start a convo with them. Most likely a priest ( like Domenicus) will have them, eventually.

flabbyjack: I hope you noticed the 4 inventory tabs near the bottom of the inventory screen?

Fakeymcfake: Of course I have, not my first videogame. Plus it'd still register with the Duke that I have the the head in my inventory. Now does someone have some actual advice or am I out of luck?
Was this ever solved? I, too, have a dead Khan and no head.
same problem with harph, he doesnt care about being tortured, cant get a single word from him. what to do?
if you found the diary of soldier harph, read it.
yes i did so, and got him to torture chamber but he does not react.
read the diary. there's written everything you need for the progression of that quest.
where do i find master dArvias in act one? and where do i find that paladin companion?
How exactly am I supposed to deal with Herbertius? I'm insta-killed as soon as I get done talking to him!
I tried getting as much resist gear as I could (spent an hour cycling through the inn's vendor) and managed to get 33%+ in everything (there are divine items that give +resist to all). However, that didn't really help me much. So I just came back after I leveled some more. Sorry, I forget what level I eventually took him at. But he was still a pain as it took a few reloads and a bit of luck. iirc you need to get someone in melee range of him asap as then he stops spamming his magic.

Only other suggestion I can make is to get divine magic rank2 if you haven't already. That will give you access to rez and to a lesser extent healing touch. I've had some battles where I've just alternated between rezzing two of my companions over and over. It takes a fair amount of mana so have plenty of mana pots on hand.

Also if you didn't know already you have to destroy his heart that is located beneath a tile in his room before you can actually kill him.

D'Arvais is in the wooded area outside of Hillbrandt, by a campfire somewhere around the northeastern boundary. For the Paladin, first talk to Romius, who is just west of the Church. I believe the paladin will then seek you out when you next return to Hillbrandt; I found him in the northeastern part of town. Someone feel free to correct me on that one though.
I finished the first chapter and I still have the dead body in my inventory. Can I just... destroy it?

I don't know I just drop it in town and left it there. If I need it later it's just gonna be on the floor (In act 2 and I still didn't need it again)

Anyways I want to know where I can find chain from the paladin(the chain of brotherhood) and the magic blacksmith hammer (The one from Hans von Drichtmaul's great grandfather)

Word on the street is that all the dead bodies are REQUIRED TO FINISH THE GAME. If you destroyed one then you'll have to reload, or apparently you can modify your savegame to fix it... I hope some Czech bro here can verify that.
