I got a sheep and now it is always with me? What should I do with this sheep? Cook it or return it? I really want to return it but to whom?

BTW, I accidentally killed Natalia after I get her back from cemetery. What consequence would it be? Can I bring her back? :(((((

You can return the sheep to its owner, he's in the North-West corner of the map. Bash his door in.

Can't finish the quest without Natalia I guess, no way to get her back unless you can find a cheat to respawn her.

You could try to revive her with this console command:
\addbeing_afriend NataliaReichmann -1 -1
(-1 -1 means at your position)
