From whom do we buy the levitation spell from?

In Inquisitor, merchants' inventories are generated randomly every time they open. The best way to get any item then is to keep talking to a merchant asking him/her to show you his/her goods. Sooner or later the Levitation spell scroll will be there. Dominicus in Hillbrandt's church specializes in scrolls which makes him an ideal merchant to start with. But you can also ask Theil Brechthold (the astronomer), Ellisia Würtenrodt (the herbwoman), Joseph Truthorn (the innkeeper) or Suzan Brauchner (the stall owner).
