Whenever I want to put ton new armors or weapons, it always said your skill is not enough. Anyone can tell me why?

When you click on the armor to check its stats, you'll see how much Armor skill is required to actually wear it (Apprentice, Student etc.). The heavier and more complex the armor, the higher your skill level needs to be.
