I saw a first impressions on You Tube about 3-4 months ago and cannot remember the name of the game!

Like Inquisition, it is an indie isometric RPG s in a dark fantasy/medieval world. The game starts with you arriving at a town and meeting the Mayor, who wants you to solve a murder. You are a special type of person that can raise the dead and "question them" and that's why you have been chosen.

Does anyone know of this game and can tell me what's it's called, so I can search for it? Thanks a lot!

I'm not sure, but it sounds a bit like Daemonica... But that's actually not an isometric RPG (though it looks like one), it's rather an adventure game.

It's available DRM-free at GamersGate and that version works with Windows 7 64-bit. It's a flawed but great game, I like the detective work rather than fighting hordes of enemies.
