I've finished all quests in ACT I, made all the discussions, but I can not find Glatzburg at the map.
What should I do?

As just posted in another thread: East Glatzburg becomes visible on the world map during the final dialogue with Bishop Quentinus. The final dialogue starts when you come back to him into the Hillbrandt church after you have received Letter to Bishop Trevorius from Edmond d'Arvias. Quentinus will also give you a new quest at that - "Seek Bishop Trevorius".
