Hey, has anyone had this issue after fighting the bishop in the cemetery?
My skills that got decreased in the battle have not gone back to normal.
Please help!

some bosses have permanent skill reduction. not sure about bishop.

When that happens to me I have no issues with using the console to replace them.

some bosses can remove stats too. a boss in act 2 was sapping my skills permenently
