I am in Level-3 of the Citadel Dungeon. I've explored all I can.

The dungeon map shows a Stairs-Icon in the very lower-left, a Cell Block holding Inquisitor prisoners (which I have released). I can find no way to use the stairs.

There is another Stairs-Icon near the entry point from Level-2, I can see it's stairs-down, blocked by a locked door. I cannot open it even using magic. I assume I need a key from somewhere.

There is a locked gate in the lower-center that I cannot open. Again I assume I need a key.

SO:
- How do I use the stairs in the Cell Block?

- Where do I find the key or keys I need to open the locked gates?

A cheat code for the key would be nice.

I'm currently on the second level of the dungeon. Hopefully I will be able to help you later today or tomorrow.
All right, let's have a look at it:
- That Stairs-Icon in the cell block seems to be a mistake and there are no stairs there in fact.
- The correct exit to Level 4 is near the entrance where the other Stairs-Icon shows. To open the door leading to the exit, you need the Citadel Key which drops from Eilah de Tortullier. He's in a room NW from the entrance.
- That gate in the lower-center can be opened with a combination of two levers - those are in the two rooms in the SE corner of the map.
