So I accused Sam Rieman of heresy, put him into jail, tortured him, got a confession from him, and now I'm stuck. According to several guides I'm supposed to burn him by talking to Jeremiah, but no fitting dialogue option comes up when I talk to him. Is there any way to fix this without using an old savegame and trying again, becuase my last one before imprisoning Sam is before the Orc Caves and I don't want to have to go through them again.

To burn him you need to go to the place where you burn people, and ask the guy that makes the burni-thing :P
It near a cemetery I think, can't recall very well too much time has passed since I played the game

That's an interesting issue. If you have Riemann's confession, you should have a dialogue option with Jeremiah to commence a trial with him... If you still haven't resolved this, please send me your savegame to kovar[@]cinemax.cz and I will have a look at it.

I checked another walkthrough guide again and noticed that it mentioned a broken blade which I've never heard of. After collecting it from the graveyard I could continue the game as usual.
