As above, I would like to change quicksave to F5 and map to Tab for instance.

sear: No, it is impossible to change the key bindings as far as I am aware.

To be honest, the more I play this game the more I get the sense that it was never, ever playtested by anybody other than the people who made it. It desperately needs some mods and tweaks or I think I will go insane trying to fix it.
Unlikely to get any fixes, the game has been out for years. It is just now been translated to English.
