I'm stuck in act 2. Can't exorcise Francesca Gulvardi. I talked to her in prison but she keeps laughing at me & can't do nothing. I also have 2 crates of wine & don't know what the hell i have to do with them. I found the Foundation stone of the temple of the first prophet & don't know what to do with it also. And have another body of a dead girl. I put Robert Heidrik in prison. Talked to Tranquilinus & there's a locked door underneath the church taht it doesn't seem to open in the usual manner. Pls help :( I like this game.

a) The Wine is for the Innkeeper in Glatzburg (west). He will take only one crate though, you can throw the other one away.
b) The foundation stone isn't of any use until you completed the quest about the ancient pagan temple. After you did so another quest will show up and you need the stone for that.
c) I think the body of the dead girl isn't needed in act 2.

I talked to the innkeeper of Glatzburg west and even of east but no one is asking me for the wine nor i'm asking them in the conversations. The pagan temple quest is completed but i haven't received another quest after that. Right now i'm jugling between etienne de pasque & yuliette hendrick who's guilty.

Hello Jadtiger, glad you liked the game. There are not many good games left like this one, in spite of many glitches.

As to your questions, here are my answers:

1) About exorcism. I was stuck here, too. I looked everywhere but couldn't find anything until I saw it here in the forum. It was hard to find. Anyway, you need to have the things mentioned in Father Frederick's diary. You must equip the rosary, have in your inventory the Holy Scriptures and Mandrake Potion (obtained from the alchemist & seer lady who stays in her house in East Glatzburg). These are also written in Frederick's diary. There is one other item you need to have, which is Holy Water. Since this is not written in the diary, I lost many hours to advance the quest..
2) Use PeterAlf's instruction on the wine.
3) Keep the foundation stone and the bodies of the dead girls for Act 3.
4) Don't worry about the door. After exorcism, all will be unveiled :)



EDIT: About the Foundation Stone, my bad. After some searching, here is what I found. This is what Fenixp wrote in another thread:

"... and as for the stone, you first need to finish the quest with sanctifying the antient temple, then talk to the monks that move there."

I guess I missed talking to the monks, too. I'll go there and use the stone :)

And another note, you need to ask for healing to the priests there for the quest to start.. Then they will ask you to find the Foundation Stone.

I really wish to thank you Pateralf & Excolion for your help cause i advanced a lot. Now i'm stuck with this twisted Tranquilinus here. I talked to him & told him what yuliette confessed but nothing happened. & i keep asking him how the investigations are going about the death of the other bishop but he keeps telling me that i'm the accused after that yuliette confessed that she had killed him. Any help here mates?

You must catch, imprison, torture, get confessions and then burn all the heretics. This is the way main quest advances :) After you catch - burn all of the available heretics, you'll get other leads.

Here is the things you need to do:

You must catch, get confession from the guy the Exorcised girl tells you about. After that, you must catch, get confession from the Governor's wife. That means the governor is innocent. Then you need to catch and get confession from the paladin guy, the one you found his necklace at the Sabbath site. After all these are executed, you'll get to learn that Trancquilis is guilty. Get your permission to arrest him and go downstairs in the Church.

I did all those things. I even asked him for the letters but he keeps saying that they are personal. What have i missed? :(

Tinthan was the missing part. I talked to Welfhar and accused tranquillinus of herecy. Now he went away and i went down under the church but can't find him & door is stil closed.

But now you can open (or destroy) it :)
