She gave me an amulet, but she said she does not know if it is the right one. I think I found the right place, I have the amulet, but I cannot do anythink. Any advice? There is a place with some pillars, surrounded by rocks, but I cannot go through them.

With the amulet in your inventory click on the central post in the NW corner. That will teleport you to the dungeon entrance.
