You must pull all the 4 levers (called lever 1, lever 2, lever 3 and lever 4 in the map).

Like the guy above me said, pull all the levers. Usually when you find isolated levers sitting alone, pull them. The only time when you'll see a lever combination where one or more will be left not pulled is when they are lined up in a row.
