In quest to find Ethien de Pasque,s chain (Magnificent Amulet), I found a dead girl and now have her body.
What do I do with it?

I think you dont need it for nothing, leave it in some place that you can find it in the future but if my memory doesnt fail me you dont need it for a quest or something like that.

You will need it at the end of Act III so just put it somewhere where you will be able to find it later on.
