Read in another post but took some searching so figured I'd make one dedicated to just this. My game file corrupted on a save and no matter what I did, I couldn't load or save a game and all the gems would highlight after clicking the corrupted save.

WHAT YOU DO- restart the game and click on a save earlier than the one that got corrupted (it should load just hope your last save wasn't long ago)

WHAT YOU DONT DO- don't click on that save file because what it does it make it so your game won't do anything, you could mass click all load options and click the button, but it will do absolutely nothing. just restart the game and avoid clicking that latest save.
