I have two problems with the game right now.

1. How do I open chests witha paladin? I mean the locked ones?

2. Why does Nathalia Reichman dissapear? I found the kidnapped girl, I defeated the kidnapper, I am supposed to take her back to her father... but she does not appear on the screen. Her portrait appears, she seems to be in my party, but that is it. And when I reach her father, he does not say anything. Is this an error or am I doing something wrong?

1. Press T and then left click on the chest to bash them open. Quick save before (F6) because guards might notice you.

2. That sounds like a glitch. Try reloading an earlier save.

Well it's normal that you don't see guest npc's once they join your party. As far as her father not saying anything.. dunno. I know this is a silly question but did you actually get the quest from him to kill the guy that was wrongly accused of killing the daughter? I don't know if it's necessary. It wouldn't seem like it would be, but you never know.

My mistake with the father. The girl's name was Reichmann, I took her to Riemann. Riechmann was in another house. And thank you about the chests. I will try that now. I was refering mainly to those I find in dungeons, not in people's house. That, maybe later.

And one last thing... how do you change items with your companion? Is that even possible? This game is in dire need of a tutorial.

You can't give your companions items. All they do is vacuum up potions from your inventory unless you hit 'd' which toggles off potion use. The Q&A thread is the closest thing to a tutorial.

For opening doors and chests as paladin: you can bash them but there is also a scroll called "shatter" which paladins could use for opening them. You must be student's rank in pagan magic for this spell.
