I'm Italian and the title game is somewath silly and weird because it refers to persons "status".

"Inkulinati" is similar to our rude word "inculati" which means... Buggered (plural)!

For me it was just fun reading the game title but I think you should consider this situation :-D

I've always thought the same thing, actually. ;)
Anyway, I don't think they could change the name of the game right now that it's known everywhere.
I suppose this funny thing could, actually, further stimulate the curiosity of us Italian players towards this interesting title.

It's not made by Italian speakers, nor specifically for Italian speakers though, so it doesn't matter at all.

Learn to appreciate that.
