I purchased the digital version of the game from Wyrmkeep several years ago, but was inspired to pick up the GOG version as a more reliable backup. I have since replaced the Wyrmkeep install with the GOG, but while browsing through the Add or Remove Programs under the Control Panel, I noticed that there seem to be two installations for ITE: One called "Inherit the Earth", the other called "GOG.com Inherit the Earth". Uninstalling either one of these removes the program, but the other exists as a kind of shadow on my hard drive that must be deleted separately. Is this normal?
