I've noticed that when one is trying to buy a vehicle (like a train), the window can be accidentally deselected when trying to set the destination. The user is then forced to re-buy the vehicle again which loses money. I've checked in the vehicle list, but the previously bought vehicles aren't listed there. Is there any way to "re-select" the purchase window so the sale isn't lost?

Hi, can you provide steps how to deselect the window? I tried it by buying a train and then clicking on the map, but the dialog for the train stayed opened and focused.

I'm using Win7. Basically when I try to purchase the train and then select the destination for the train, the window will often deselect and then the train is "lost." I don't know how to keep the window permanently open.
