The Shambala Waterworks was planned level 4 for the Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine but never made it into the game.

Thanks for the link, I didn't know about this. The Ice Boss arena certainly had a different feel from the rest of the level - now I know why.

There is ongoing effort to recreate this level. Progress is very slow though, due to lack of any resources and no level editor.
