I play Infernal Machine on my MacBook Pro by using the program: PlayOnMac
The issue I have is that I can't save/Load, tho quick save/load does work
I added a screenshot of what I get when I try to save a game.

Is this due to using "PlayOnMac"?

I got this problem too, using Crossover on my Macbook Air - It's just a visual glitch...

Just hit "tab" a couple of times, and use the arrow keys. Suddenly you will see the files :-)

lets' face it, the in game menu controls on Infernal Machine have always been pretty wonky.
