Hi, I'm maybe totally dumb or something, but after instalation via GOG galaxy I normally click on play button and game launcher wanted instalation again. Without any other options I tried install it again via that launcher but "program can't find Setup.exe" and "everything is corrupted and demons will eat your modern OS...". So I tried verify/repair, then unistall and install again and nothing... can you please tell me I'm not alone and help me to fix that?

I had the same issue.
I found a subfolder "Resource" in the installation folder (C:\GalaxyClient\Games\Infernal Machine) and there is a file Indy3D.exe. This starts the game. So you can not launch it over the gog-launcher but with an shortcut
