Whenever you have problems or question about a game old or new its wise to go to PCGamingWiki, 90% of solutions are there and updated by the community.

https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Indiana_Jones_and_the_Emperor%27s_Tomb

For the resolution download the zip files from this link, unzip it with 7-zip or any other program you have, and copy paste (and overwrite) the files where the .exe of the game is located.

http://www.wsgf.org/dr/indiana-jones-and-emperors-tomb/en

P/S the menu will still be in lowres and changing the resolution from the settings wont have any effect, but ingame it will be in the resolution you copy/pasted.

For uncapping the framerate

Go to <path-to-game>\GameData\indy\
Open vars.cfg with a text editor.
Change fpsLimit=30 to fpsLimit=60.

I recommend setting the limit to 59 (just a tad lower), rule of thumb is when playing old games to never exceed 60fps a lot of problems arise when doing so in my experience.

I played and finished the game with a 60fps cap and didn't have any problems, others who have uncapped (200+ fps) it completely caused the game to bug out in certain sections

Hope you have fun playing, this game is one of my favorites!
