When I open the game, the text and the voice is in English.

Is there any way to change the language of the game, even if it is just on text mode?

When you download the game, be sure to choose "German" in the top-down menu above the file. The English version of the game is the talkie edition which can't be changed to other languages, sadly the German version and other translations don't include the voice over.
