Which game?
If you mean Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, speech is only available in English and at least some (if not all) of the other installers come without voiceover (as they were launched on CD back in the day). You'd need to download the English installer. There might be fan patches that add the English voices to another version.
If you mean Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, it doesn't have speech.
