I’m so sorry to ask again about the puzzle with the 3 discs to enter Atlantis. I am sure I do everything 100% correct and tried every single trick from multiple walkthroughs, but nothing works

Can you share a screenshot of Plato's Dialogue or a savefile?

If I remember correctly, the Dialogue mentions that only "contrary minds" will enter Atlantis, which means that the stones must be place on the opposite positions as stated in the Dialogue.

So I believe there's a problem with the game and DosBox. I've had the same problem where the discs don't do anything when you line them up properly. What you have to do is, keep the symbols on the discs lined up, but change the position.

Typically you would keep all the symbols to the north, but if you do that (as the game calls out for) nothing happens. I think when I last played that final disc part, I had to line the symbols up with the North East direction. Again, I think DosBox doesn't like something and it throws the whole thing off. If NE doesn't work, try the other directions, and remember to keep the symbols lined up with each other as you try all the directions, eventually it should work.
