I'm having trouble figuring out how to use the Tactical Resource Interface to distribute power amongst shields, weapons and propulsion.
The manual says I need to move the curuse inside the large triangle, but doesn't say how to actually do that. I've tried clicking in various parts of the triangle or click-and-dragging the smaller triangle in the middle (which I assume is the cursor they're talking about) but nothing had any effect.
Can someone help me out?

I spent HOURS trying to figure this out. Why wasn't it in the god damn manual :(

Those are for I-War 1, right? Here are the hotkey settings for I-War 2:

Shift + Down = Full power to engines
Shift + Left = Full power to weapons
Shift + Right = Full power to shields
Shift + Up = Full power balanced

Use the Engineering menu (Shift + E) to adjust them in smaller increments.
