What time do I need for 100% on nav basic. My best time is 2:00 and it only gives me 87%. Also, what do I get for 100%, a good job and pat on the back?

I got 100% once. I don't think I even got a good job and a pat on the head. I just loaded up my game to check, and my time is 1:18. I think what you need to beat is 1:20.
