I-War works fine, aside from the joystick
I'm using Logitech's Wireless Freedom joystick. It works fine on games like Freespace, MS Flight Sim, and older stuff like X-Wing and TIE Fighter.
But when playing I-War I get no response from it.

Make sure it's set as windows preferred device under game controllers in the control panel.

I figured it out, it was an issue with the joystick itself.
