Hi there.
Just got the game, installed it, and it all runs beautifully at a great frame-rate, bar one small problem:
The display seems to "skip" a few milliseconds every few seconds of play, basically pausing for a brief amount of time then jumping forwards to where I should be.
I've tried the suggestions that the Support Articles give, but no luck.
Relevant specs are:
Athlon X2 4400,
2 Gig Ram,
ATI Radeon 4850
Windows XP SP 3.
Cheers in advance. ;)

It's possible that you have a program running in the background. For me, if something steals focus away from I-War, then the screen stops rendering. Try and close other programs before playing and see if that has any affect.

Buckid, did you ever get this problem solved?
I had the same problem (kinda the same configuration, on XP SP3), resolved by using DGVoodoo & setting compatibiliy with 98 mode.
Sill i got many crashes (from IWar patch).
