Attached image shows what I get when I run the game in 1024x768

Two things:

1. Any way to get rid of the container window stuff so it is properly fullscreen?
2. Is it possible to run the game without it getting stretched across my widescreen monitor?

BTW, I have i7, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GTX 670M

EDIT: the strangest thing just happened, just the second after I finished writing the original post, I switched windows to play with the blue border anyway and - it was gone.
