Opening during logos is very slow and glitchy - can't even get into the game.

Would be helpful if you posted information on your system, especially which version of Windows you use and whether you've got a Radeon or GeForce.

AMD 2400+ Single Core
Geoforce 7300 GT
1 Gig RAM

Second game runs fine but first locks to a crawl during the intro and developer logos.

Meh....doesn't matter - paid under $3 USD for the two of them. Just a warning for anyone taking playing the first game seriously.
