I'm stuck on the land train level. I've up to train car 2. Heading down the elevator, I opened the bottom hatch using the computer. Beyond that, I have no idea what to do. The computer mentions that the maintenance lift is disabled, but I can't see any way to enable it. The two quibbling techs in the computer room don't help me at all. The computer in the computer room doesn't do anything. The tech above the missile tube room (in the room where I killed the guard) told me that the missile room is below, but nothing else.
The only PC walkthrough I can find suggests that the missile room tech should tell me I need to open both hatches, and that this will unlock the computer in the computer room to open the top hatch. But that's not happening.
What do I need to do to progress?
