It doesn't display properly on windows 10. I can't figure out how to change the ressolution. Halp please.

Edit. I fixed it. So I connected the pc to a different smaller 19" tv that displays in 1360x768 720p and the game displays correctly now. I initially had my pc connected to a 32" samsung tv that does 1080p and the game would not display correctly. I tried looking for an "overscan" option in the tv settings but it didn't have any. I then tried to put the picture size to "screen fit" but that didn't work. So yeah that's interesting. I never thought changing tv monitors would fix my issue but yeah, that did the trick.
