edit: Never mind, found the solution. Simply copy all files from /MS\X86) from the dgvoodoo zip file, which i got from dgVoodoo v2.84.1 version, and copy that to "engine/linc" folder, including dgvoodoo files aswell interms of "In Cold Blood" engine/linc location.

To remove watermark. Click on (dgVoodooCpl.exe). Click on "DirectX" tab. Then uncheck "dgVoodoo Watermark"
