I`ve had some short sessions in skirmish. In one instance I attacked an enemy fleet and wiped out all their ships.
Still I lost the battle because some invisible ghost fleet, apparently, destroyed all my remaining ships.
After the battle I checked the enemy fleet on the starmap and it contained no ships.

This,and issues reported from other players, tells me that the game is a somewhat bugged at the moment. The strange thing is that some issues appears to occur randomly in each game.

My experience is based on skirmish only.

Edit: After realising that this is not like the original cd version no wonder why the game doesn`t feel
right. I really hope that this Nordic version gets some patch treatment.

If you want to fully experience IG 2 play the Solarian campaign on easy then Shinari. ( like yesterday I complete an easy solarian campaign in a 12h+ game session and I'm still finding quests and stuff I don't remember ever coming across xD, btw I tried normal and got my ass handed to me)

The campaign have less bugs most that I have encounter can be fixed by saving and relaunching the game.

Also I think skirmish have no cutscenes or quests, I try and was bored.

If you play on normal you will get pwned, the Kra'hen is a little OP they steam roller all other civilizations once they reach you they have a huge doom fleet.

Does AI colonize any planet in skirmish mode in IG 2?
