I bought IMP 1 Gog version and I was very disappointed because the game does not work under my Windows 7.

But i founded a way to run the game :

1- Install the Gog version
2- In windows explorer, open the directory of the game
3- Erase ALL Gog files, and just keep these files and repertories :

Data
Movies
Music
Save
Scenario
Imperialism (exe)
Readme
Readme 1.1

4-After erased all others files (in fact, Gog files), you may lunch Imperialism.exe with success (not with the gog shortcut, but directly with the imperialism.exe in wibdows explorer : it works fine !

FRENCH : Si la version GOG de Imp1 ne marche pas sur votre PC Windows 7, il suffit tout simplement de virer tous les fichiers Gog et d ene conserver que les fichiers et dossiers de la liste indiquée ci-dessus. Et ça fonctionnera très bien (en lançant le jeu depuis l'explorateur avec le fichier imperialism.exe et non avec le raccourci Gog)
