Dear all,

As you might have already noticed, imperialism crashes very likely if you attack a capital (or other city) with a large army. I had the situation that I have conquered nearly every province on the map, finally only the capitals were left, and everytime my "large army" tried to take one of the capital, the game crashed after concluding the round.

Solution: It turned out that the attack works completely fine if I only attack with tanks or artillery and NO infantery. Nevertheless, the attack was successful.

The reason for this strange appearing solution seems to be a bug in the fighting algorithm (having infantery trying to espace from the battlefield what leads to the crash).

Hopefully, you can enjoy your game more with these hints :-)

Anyway, always save your game before attacking, in case of a crash just restore and try it again with a different setting of your army.
